All selection processes conducted by **CS INFRA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the preparation and analysis of the unit/company’s cost reports by verifying information received from departments, ensuring data reliability; Support accurate cost determination for the unit/company by analyzing all departmental reports and verifying correct application of cost criteria; Guide departmental activities through technical and operational support, analyzing and correcting data identified in cost and budget reports; Prepare reports forecasting costs for various departments, segmented by contract; establish targets; and monitor and analyze actual costs incurred by the unit/company; Analyze cost reports submitted by various units of the Company, identifying discrepancies, guiding department heads on proper reporting, and instructing them on necessary corrections to minimize non-conformities; Prepare and analyze cost reports, comparing them against the annual strategic budget, and submit them to the department responsible for budget monitoring across all cost centers of the Company’s units. Prepare partial and total cost reports for the unit/company, highlighting any issues identified, to provide decision-support material for managers; Analyze data entered into the database and adapt it to develop cost forecasting models and informational reports (account evolution) for other departments; Prepare management reports to support the immediate supervisor in presentations and various meetings; Support the immediate supervisor on matters related to the area of responsibility, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to aid in defining procedures and actions to be taken; Provide and forward information, reports, and other data to internal customers and other Company departments and external entities, upon explicit authorization from the immediate supervisor; Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to the area of responsibility; Analyze processes within the area of responsibility, proposing and implementing improvements—jointly with the immediate supervisor—to maximize results; Prepare reports as requested by the Executive Board to support the decision-making process; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and/or Production Engineering and/or Business Administration and/or Economics and/or Accounting Sciences; Preferred minimum professional experience of 1 year in the engineering sector (Planning and/or Cost Control and/or Measurement), and minimum professional experience of 3 years in other infrastructure and civil construction sectors (preferably highway construction); Proficiency in intermediate Excel and other Microsoft tools is required; Desirable strong skills in report writing and textual interpretation; **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond: * **Benefits Club:** Exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories—gastronomy, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Focused on You:** Dedicated channel providing specialized support for you and your family—including psychological, social, financial, legal, and other assistance—available 24/7, with full confidentiality. * Extended **Maternity Leave** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how important children’s and adolescents’ education is.
