Our technology team is looking for a backend developer who is: * Adaptable: able to understand asynchronous microservices architectures and navigate an existing codebase, adapting to it—and adapting it—while delivering value, as well as integrating with external partners; * Analytical: capable of proceeding scientifically—studying problems, designing solutions, and validating results; * Curious: eager to expand knowledge by asking the right questions and engaging with the entire company; * Collaborative: bringing ideas and proposals to improve our workflows, tools, and systems.
