As a Yard Assistant, you will be responsible for providing operational support to the Logistics department, focusing on **invoice exchange and entry**, **recording of truck weighings**, and **coordinating drivers and vehicle receiving/unloading schedules**. This position requires high attention to detail, commitment, and flexibility to perform various tasks according to operational needs. Your main responsibilities will include: * Supporting the **invoice exchange and entry process**, ensuring accuracy of information and adherence to deadlines; * Performing **truck weighing entries**, monitoring entry and exit times, and keeping the system updated; * Assisting with administrative tasks within the department, maintaining organized records and supporting communication with internal teams and partners; * Providing operational support during colleagues’ vacations or absences from the departments mentioned above. We believe your prior experience in administrative, fiscal, or logistics routines, combined with intermediate knowledge of **Excel** and **Microsoft Office** suite tools, can offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
