Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing denim and twill products from concept to finalization, collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure brand identity and market requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Complete development of denim and twill products 2. Collaboration with internal teams and suppliers 3. Ensuring alignment with brand identity and market Deliver personalized customer service by understanding needs, preferences, and expectations. Develop denim and twill products from initial concept through final stages, including trend research, material selection, color definition, and finishing specifications. Create and oversee technical specifications, prototypes, and samples. Collaborate with internal teams (pattern making, pilot production, and PCP) and suppliers to ensure quality, deadlines, and production feasibility. Monitor fit adjustments, pattern fittings, and laundry processes. Ensure products align with brand identity and market requirements. Release purchase orders, production documents, and supervise showroom samples, quality controls, and production until completion. Proficiency in Corel Draw; Basic Photoshop skills; Prior experience in product development and/or customer service; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Organized, detail-oriented, and possessing refined aesthetic sensibility; Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; Knowledge of trends, materials, and garment manufacturing processes.
