The professional will be responsible for supporting food preparation, kitchen organization, and maintaining cleanliness, ensuring full compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook food according to the menu; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and utensils; * Monitor ingredient inventory and request replenishment when necessary; * Comply with hygiene and food safety standards; * Assist in developing new dishes and controlling waste. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a cook; * Knowledge of good food handling practices; * Agility, organization, and attention to detail; * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure; * Preferred: Technical or vocational training in gastronomy.
