We have an opening for a Hardware and Software Computer Support Analyst. We seek a professional with solid experience in user support, systemic vision, analytical capability, and ability to resolve incidents, problems, and service requests. The candidate must demonstrate organization, strong communication skills, customer focus, ability to work under pressure, and technical proficiency in operating systems, networks, corporate applications, and IT infrastructure. Main Responsibilities: * Respond to, log, and track IT Service Center tickets, performing diagnosis, categorization, prioritization, and closure of incidents; * Resolve incidents and problems related to hardware (computers, printers, peripherals), basic software (Windows), desktop applications (MS Office), and corporate systems; * Configure, install, and update used hardware, software, and peripherals; * Provide remote and on-site user support, guiding users on system usage, applications, web browsers, email, equipment, and available features; * Execute maintenance plans and preventive routines per company CTI guidelines; * Inform users about maintenance activities and incidents that may impact their work; * Develop installation, configuration, and operation scripts for software, hardware, and firmware; * Monitor tickets, coordinate with external vendors when necessary, and report any issues encountered during service execution; * Apply security updates and monitor vendor technical bulletins; * Document solutions, root causes of incidents, and keep troubleshooting guides, manuals, and service records up to date; * Perform and restore backups when required; * Support asset management, equipment movement, and equipment organization; * Monitor Service Level Agreement (SLA) contracts and technical ticket creation; * Generate monitoring reports related to infrastructure (e.g., electrical power, climate control); * Log all support interactions in the database, ensuring complete information for managerial analysis; * Conduct monthly user satisfaction surveys to evaluate service quality. Required Qualifications: Education: * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; OR completed undergraduate degree in any field plus postgraduate studies in Computer Science. * Proficiency in microcomputer maintenance and assembly, information security; * Intermediate English (reading proficiency preferred). * Knowledge of Windows operating systems, web applications and browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.), office applications (MS Office and BR Office), workstation installation and configuration, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
