Handle seafood and assemble sushi and temaki. Maintain area cleanliness, control waste, ensure efficiency, and uphold food safety. Position is based in Belém / PA. Previous experience as Sushi Chef, Sushi Cook, Sushi Preparer, or Sushi Specialist may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. Completed elementary education required.
