Job Summary: Grupo Point do Frango Foods is seeking a committed, organized, and food-passionate Kitchen Assistant to support production and preparation of chicken cuts, ensuring quality and efficiency. We seek committed, organized individuals passionate about working with food who wish to grow alongside a brand in constant expansion. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Perform **cleaning and preparation of chicken cuts**, ensuring the company's food safety and quality standards. * Carry out **breading and frying of chicken cuts**, following operational procedures and technical specifications. * **Organize and sanitize** the kitchen area, work surfaces, utensils, and equipment used during shifts. * **Prepare and package delivery and pickup orders**, maintaining efficiency and care in product presentation. * Support the production team and other kitchen areas as needed, always fostering cooperation and a positive work environment. **Desired Profile** * Be **organized, punctual, and responsible** regarding schedules and tasks. * Demonstrate **commitment and proactivity** in daily activities. * Possess **attention to detail**, especially in product preparation and assembly stages. * Maintain **good personal hygiene and workplace cleanliness**, adhering to food safety standards. * Ability to **work effectively in a team** and under pressure, with a focus on results and quality. * Prior experience in kitchens, food handling, or delivery restaurants is desirable (not mandatory). **Working Hours** * **Weekly workload of 38h to 40h**, with schedules defined according to operational needs.
