Carry out preparations in accordance with technical sheets, preserving consistency in flavor and presentation. Organize and prepare the workstation, including mise en place and restocking of supplies. Assist the team and collaborate with the Sous Chef and Chef in executing daily tasks. Contribute to smooth coordination between the kitchen and dining room, ensuring efficient service.
