Acts as a bridge between users (internal or external) and the technical team, ensuring development proceeds according to business rules, strategic objectives, and user expectations. Uses agile or traditional methodologies to transform needs into clear, prioritized, and testable requirements. * Conduct requirement elicitation and analysis meetings with users, stakeholders, and involved departments. * + Identify, document, and validate functional and non-functional system requirements. + Prepare documents such as user stories, use cases, flowcharts, BPMN, prototypes, and data models. + Support backlog definition together with the Product Owner (PO) and/or project manager. + Facilitate communication between users and the development team throughout the project lifecycle. + Participate in sprint reviews, backlog refinements, and validations with end users. + Monitor acceptance testing and ensure requirements have been fulfilled. + Update documentation whenever requirements change.
