We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and passion for uncovering insights from data to join our Delivery team. Your primary objective will be to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities—transforming raw information into actionable knowledge that supports strategic business decisions. **Responsibilities:** * Collect and process data from various internal and external sources. * Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and anomalies. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense). * Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Collaborate with business teams to understand their data needs. * Implement and monitor data quality. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Data Science, Market Intelligence, or related fields. * Prior experience as a Data Analyst. * Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio). * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills. * Ability to communicate results effectively. * Advanced Excel proficiency. **We Offer:** * Transportation allowance. * On-site meals. * Meal voucher. * Health insurance. * Dental insurance. * Life insurance. * Wellhub. * Pharmacy network agreement. * Cashback program.
