We seek a committed, responsible individual eager to grow with the company. Responsibilities * Assist in producing precast components such as stormwater boxes, columns, and beams. * Prepare forms, molds, and reinforcement cages. * Support sector organization and cleaning. * Assist in loading and handling precast pieces. * Follow team instructions to ensure safety and quality. Requirements * Availability for physical labor. * Punctuality, responsibility, and willingness to learn. * No prior experience required (training provided).
