The Lead Mechanic will be responsible for coordinating and guiding the team of mechanics and assistants, ensuring that maintenance tasks are carried out according to the quality, productivity, and safety standards set by the vehicle manufacturer and the company. You will serve as the team’s technical reference, supporting the resolution of more complex diagnostics and organizing workshop routines. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to the team in identifying and resolving mechanical failures; * Monitor work orders, prioritizing deadlines and requirements; * Ensure correct application of procedures and safety regulations; * Track productivity and quality indicators for completed services; * Conduct tests, inspections, and validation of repairs prior to vehicle delivery; * Support the team’s technical training and professional development; * Maintain organization of the department, tools, and equipment. * Other duties inherent to the role. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed technical education in Automotive Mechanics or related fields; * Prior experience as an automotive mechanic and/or technical leader; * Knowledge of diagnostic procedures for electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems; * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals; * Driver’s license category B. #### **Benefits:** * As per region.
