You will serve as the team’s technical reference, supporting the resolution of more complex diagnostics and organizing workshop routines. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to the team in identifying and resolving mechanical failures; * Monitor work orders, prioritizing deadlines and requirements; * Ensure correct application of procedures and safety regulations; * Track productivity and quality indicators for completed services; * Conduct tests, inspections, and validation of repairs prior to vehicle delivery; * Support the team’s technical training and professional development; * Maintain organization of the department, tools, and equipment. * Other duties inherent to the role. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed technical education in Automotive Mechanics or related fields; * Prior experience as an automotive mechanic and/or technical leader; * Knowledge of diagnostic procedures for electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems; * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals; * Driver’s license category B. #### **Benefits:** * As per region.
