Job Summary: Professional responsible for surface preparation, powder coating application on parts, finish inspection, and paint inventory management, ensuring an organized department. Opportunity for beginners in the field **DUTIES**: Prepare part surfaces for painting; handle parts movement; apply powder coating using a spray booth and spray gun; load and unload parts carts before and after powder application. Conduct visual inspections of parts post-coating to verify finish uniformity and integrity, correcting any imperfections as needed. Manage paint inventory through periodic audits. Maintain department organization and cleanliness; ensure proper waste disposal; perform routine inspections to identify potential failures and alert the maintenance department. Salary: R$ 2\.382,09 \- salary adjustment after probationary period. **SCHEDULE**: Monday to Thursday: 07:30–17:30 / Friday: 07:30–16:30\. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education. * Must be 18 years of age or older. * No experience required.
