Opportunity to work at a Great Place to Work (GPTW) Deliver excellent customer service by advising clients on necessary vehicle repair services, contribute to the revenue and productivity of the technical assistance and parts department, and meet established and agreed-upon deadlines. **Unit: Cometa Motocenter** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive and serve customers, handle phone calls and corporate WhatsApp, and schedule appointments when required. * Analyze external customers’ needs, prepare quotations, and monitor order issuance. * Check and update customer registration data as needed. * Recommend parts that work in conjunction with those requested, clarifying their operation, features, and payment terms. * Perform the reception checklist according to the manufacturer’s service standards. * Ensure that all services with deadlines exceeding 30 days have the deadline extension agreement signed by the customer. * Provide interior vehicle protection.
