Job Summary:
The Architectural Analyst will be responsible for reconciling and analyzing architectural projects, preparing feasibility studies, and monitoring processes at public agencies, ensuring standardization and compliance with applicable legislation.

Responsibilities and Duties
* Coordination with the Approvals/Legalization team;
* Reconciliation and analysis of projects, support to engineering,
* Analysis of urban legislation, analysis of land plots; technical analysis of land and feasibility, among other duties relevant to the position.
* Development and coordination of architectural projects in accordance with company standards, as well as other projects related to the discipline;
* Preparation of feasibility studies; legal and executive projects in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations and legislation;
* Reconciliation of architectural projects with complementary disciplines in collaboration with the engineering team;
* Development of façades and zoning of common areas;
* Ensuring project standardization in compliance with current legislation and regulations;
* Monitoring of projects at public agencies (Urban Planning, Environment, and Caixa Econômica) together with the Legalization Department;
* Validation of solutions and projects with Projects, New Business, Budgeting, Commercial, and Construction teams;
* Analysis and adjustments of the descriptive memorandum;
* Development of sales materials (contract floor plans and customer memoranda).
* Participation in BIM implementation;
* Ensuring adherence to approval schedules.
* Supporting the development of departmental procedures, identifying potential improvements;
* Monitoring the project development schedule;
* Reporting missing information, documents, or projects that hinder the architectural project development process;
* Reading municipal legislation regarding project development;
* Consulting suppliers and designers regarding installations affecting architecture;
Requirements and Qualifications
**Architectural Analyst:**
* Degree in Architecture and Urbanism;
* Proven experience in the civil construction sector, economic segment;
* Knowledge of technical architectural/complementary projects;
* Experience in processing architectural projects at public agencies;
* Familiarity with CAIXA's Code of Practices;
* Knowledge of NBR 15575;
* Knowledge of NBR 9050;
* Proficiency in AutoCAD.
