The client is engaged in an **SAP S/4HANA migration project** and seeks an **experienced ABAP professional** to serve as a **Technical Leader**, ensuring delivery quality, code standardization, and technical governance throughout the transition process. **Responsibilities** * Lead the ABAP development team during the S/4HANA conversion/migration project; * Review functional specifications and ensure compliance with SAP development best practices; * Define **Clean Core guidelines and extensions via BTP (RAP, CAP, APIs)** where applicable; * Monitor corrections, testing, and transports through to production deployment; * Collaborate closely with functional areas and technical architects to ensure integration and performance; * Support custom code analysis and retrofit strategy; * Ensure technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the team. **Requirements** * Solid experience in **ABAP OO, CDS Views, AMDP, Enhancement Framework, and Web Services**; * Prior involvement in **S/4HANA migration or conversion projects**; * Knowledge of **ATC, SCI, Clean Core, and BTP extensions** (desirable); * Ability to **lead technical teams**, review deliverables, and conduct code reviews; * Strong communication and collaboration skills with functional and business teams. **Desirable** * Experience with **RAP/CAP, Fiori, and SAP BTP integration**; * Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira/Confluence; * Experience in **rollout projects** or **large corporate environments**.
