




Job Summary: A marketing professional to manage strategies, develop promotional activities, create visual materials, and coordinate endomarketing and sales campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Implement endomarketing initiatives in collaboration with HR · Fully on-site position \- Manage and develop marketing strategies jointly with the partner agency. · Propose new promotion methodologies and create monthly actions to maintain continuous engagement with our customers. · Evaluate optimal initiatives based on customer profiles and purchasing channels. · Maintain regular communication with Procurement and Sales departments to identify buying and selling opportunities. · Support execution of sales campaigns. · Measure results of implemented initiatives and report to management. · Manage social media accounts. · Create and edit visual materials—including social media posts, banners, flyers, and presentations—using graphic design tools. · Develop and implement endomarketing initiatives in collaboration with Human Resources to enhance employee engagement and strengthen organizational culture. · Conduct weekly meetings with the partner agency to align objectives. · Maintain the investment spreadsheet, tracking the department’s annual budget. · Collaborate with the procurement team to seek supplier sponsorships for co-branded campaigns. Perform other related duties.
