We seek a professional to provide support and information enabling the sales team to make better decisions based on data, thereby achieving targets and ensuring our customers’ satisfaction. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor sales performance using the sales map and send reports to managers and supervisors; * Generate and send the seller ranking report to managers and supervisors; * Register commission percentages by product; * Prepare supplier-specific reports; * Monitor ongoing monthly campaigns per supplier using reports; * Generate and send daily reports to the industry and managers; * Generate average price reports; * Update the digital dashboard information daily; * Register new customers after credit validation and analysis; * Register customers in the Primavera Fiscal routine for those eligible for discounts; * Provide customer service (orders, issues with sales representatives, supplier-related stock, sales, and reporting); * Generate the Sales Development Program report (compile data to submit scores to corporate); * Generate the new customer acquisition report; * Year-on-year billing and activation report; * Year-on-year supplier vs. city report. #### **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint. #### **Benefits:** Cafeteria; Food allowance (VA); Mobility allowance; Life insurance; Total Pass (opt-in); On-site parking; Christmas bonus.
