You will be part of a business built for the future by joining us on a transformative journey. **Your responsibilities** ------------------- The Learning and Development Analyst will coordinate external, regulatory, and employee onboarding training programs, handling planning, logistical organization, and follow-up of capacity-building activities. This role includes providing consultative support to employees and leaders by recommending learning solutions aligned with business and departmental needs. You will also manage mandatory technical training and regulatory compliance, track participation and effectiveness metrics, and maintain relationships with and monitor third-party vendors. Additionally, you will plan and execute development programs in partnership with HR and managers, ensuring adherence to internal procedures, supporting audits, organizing documentation, and aligning with the company’s learning and development standards. **What will make you successful?** -------------------------------- **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Prior experience with training and development routines (HR); * Experience with training management tools; * Advanced English language proficiency; * Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite; * ERP system knowledge (e.g., SAP) is desirable; * Power BI experience is desirable; * Industrial sector experience is desirable; * Willingness to travel between business units as needed. **Profile** * Proactive and autonomous; * Curious mindset with strong desire to learn; * Organized and skilled in interpersonal communication; Hydro values diverse skills and perspectives among its employees.
