Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring safe, comfortable, and functional environments through preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC systems. Knowledge of electrical control systems and complex HVAC systems **Description:** Our Maintenance Department’s objective within the institution is to provide all members and visitors with access to safe, comfortable, and functional temples and buildings. Responsibilities Assess and size locations for installing refrigeration, heating, and air\-conditioning equipment; Specify materials and accessories and install refrigeration and ventilation equipment; Install duct branches, assemble refrigeration piping, and evacuate refrigeration systems; Charge refrigeration systems with refrigerant; Perform tests on refrigeration systems; Lead installation, operation, and preventive or corrective maintenance teams; Simplified thermal load calculation; Equipment installation; execution of corrective and preventive maintenance on all HVAC system equipment (Chiller, Cooling Tower, Water Pumps, Self-contained Units, Split Systems, Multi-split Systems). Maintenance and assembly of power and control panels; Sizing of electrical and mechanical components; service scope assessment; Material assessment and specification; Emergency response; Monitoring and evaluation of equipment performance; Current, voltage, temperature, and pressure readings on equipment. Requirements Hold a Technical Course in Mechanics or a Technical Course in Refrigeration, with Certificate Possess updated NR\-10/NR\-35 certification Have experience with medium- and/or large-scale air conditioning systems. **Possess knowledge of electrical control systems (especially:** pump starters, soft starters, frequency inverters, star-delta starters); Knowledge and proficiency in maintaining indirect-expansion air conditioning systems (air- or water-cooled chillers, chilled water plants, condensate water plants); Knowledge of fan coil, rooftop unit, and multi-split system maintenance; Knowledge of chilled water pump maintenance; Knowledge of cooling tower maintenance; Knowledge of thermal energy storage system operation; Additional Information Salary: R$ 2\.856,04 **Benefits:** Medical Assistance, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Universal Church of the Kingdom of God located in Belém \- Pará All our communication is conducted exclusively via e\-mail or phone.
