Participation in digital transformation and innovation initiatives #### **About the FULL STACK DEVELOPER - SR Role** **Full Stack with AI Development Expertise** ----------------------------------------------------- We are seeking a **Full Stack** professional with solid experience in **Artificial Intelligence solution development**, including creation, integration, and orchestration of generative models. ### **Required Technical Competencies** **Artificial Intelligence and Generative Models** * Experience with **Generative AI**, including **LLMs** and **SLMs**. * Model development using **Python** (AI-focused). * Ability to design and structure **AI architectures**. * Knowledge of methods for creating, training, and implementing models (e.g., story generation, intelligent workflows, and AI agents). **Microsoft Ecosystem** * Familiarity and hands-on experience with: + **Microsoft Copilot** + **Copilot Studio** + **Microsoft Foundry** (intermediary hub for AI development/integration) + **Azure** (without governance restrictions that limit development) **Full Stack Development** * Experience with: + **Angular** + **React** + **.NET** * Ability to integrate AI solutions into web applications and APIs. ### **Job Responsibilities** * Develop end-to-end AI solutions aligned with business needs. * Create custom models, intelligent workflows, and architectures. * Participate early in a digital transformation journey, helping to establish technical practices and standards. * Ensure scalable, secure deliveries adhering to sound engineering practices. * Proactively propose technological paths, improvements, and opportunities. ### **Desired Behavioral Traits** * **Appreciation for creation and innovation**. * **Proactive**, observant, and problem-solving mindset. * Strong ability to rapidly learn new AI technologies. * Focused on **digital transformation** and building strategic solutions.
