Our client is a broker platform. REQUIREMENTS * 5\+ years of experience in full\-stack development. * Solid understanding of software engineering principles: SOLID, DRY, ER modeling * Strong knowledge of Python. * Experience in the development of single\-page web apps using React/TypeScript. * Good experience in front\-end development with responsive UI design * Strong experience with HTML/CSS, including cross\-browser compatibility and accessibility. * Be comfortable with cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). * Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines (continuous integration/delivery). * Strong knowledge of build tools (e.g., Maven) and version control (e.g., Git/GitHub). * Experience working with Agile teams, familiarity with Scrum/Kanban. * Experience in stand\-ups, planning, and retrospectives. * Understanding how to use project/workflow tools like Jira. * Excellent oral \& written communication skills. * Proactive, self\-driven, with the ability to take initiative * Strong interpersonal skills: teamwork, facilitation, negotiation, planning * Excellent analytical and technical skills. * Fast learner with the ability to grasp new technologies quickly. NICE TO HAVE * Experience with financial markets, Fintech, or Insurtech. RESPONSIBILITIES * Build robust and scalable software for business\-critical web applications. * Develop functional, efficient, and reusable web and mobile\-based sites. * Design, build, test, document, and maintain APIs and integrations. * Ensure quality control via automated testing, pair programming, and code reviews. * Collaborate with the Product Team to translate end\-user needs into technical solutions. * Document technical design and perform system architecture analysis. * Identify growth/improvement areas in the current architecture. * Create mockups or prototypes to test and troubleshoot new features. * Collaborate with UX designers and Product to ensure top\-level user experience. * Explore emerging technologies and quickly develop prototypes. * Uphold engineering principles and the team’s ways of working. * Follow regulatory conduct rules: * Act with integrity; * Act with due skill, care, and diligence; * Be open and cooperative with Lloyd’s, the FCA, the PRA, and other regulators; * Pay due regard to the interests of customers and treat them fairly; * Observe proper standards of market conduct.
