Key Responsibilities: 1 — Software Architecture and Engineering * Scalable Architecture: Define and maintain the application architecture (e.g., Clean Architecture, Modularization), ensuring the codebase is prepared for high complexity and multiple developers * Evolution and Quality: Develop critical features with emphasis on high testability and low coupling, serving as the technical implementation reference for the team * Weekly Release Strategy: Technically orchestrate the release cycle, ensuring CI/CD pipelines and code integration support continuous delivery without regressions 2 — Technical Leadership and Strategic Collaboration * Mentoring and Code Review: Lead educational code reviews, elevating partners’ technical skills and ensuring adherence to established architectural standards * Partnership with Product and Leadership: Act as a technical advisor to the Technical Leader and Product Manager, anticipating complexities, estimating effort accurately, and proposing technical alternatives to accelerate time-to-market * System Integration (Backend): Collaborate with the Backend team to define API contracts and data architecture, ensuring mobile performance, security, and resource efficiency (battery/data) 3 — Governance and Sustainability * Incident Management (L3): Resolve critical bugs and complex production issues, performing root cause analysis and proposing structural improvements to prevent recurrence * QA Strategy: Establish standards for automated testing (unit, widget, and integration) and QA workflows that guarantee consistency between Android and iOS with minimal manual intervention 4 — Performance and UI/UX Excellence * Guardian of Experience and Layout: Ensure maximum visual fidelity to Figma designs, while proactively collaborating with Design to discuss usability and technical feasibility of complex components * High-Level Optimization: Monitor performance metrics (memory, jank, startup time) and implement advanced optimizations in the Flutter engine when necessary 5 — Future Vision and Process Improvement * Technical Roadmap: Keep the technology radar updated on the Flutter/Dart ecosystem, deciding the optimal timing to adopt new libraries or tools that deliver tangible productivity gains * Risk Mitigation and Technical Debt Management: Proactively identify and manage technical debt and integration risks, proposing refactoring plans that do not block business deliveries **Requirements** **What we’re looking for:** * Flutter & Dart (Senior): Deep expertise in the Flutter engine and the Dart language lifecycle. * Multi-platform Ecosystem (Mobile + Web): Solid experience developing and deploying simultaneously for Android, iOS, and Flutter Web, understanding platform-specific nuances (window management, web vs. mobile navigation, and platform-specific libraries). * Architecture and Design Patterns: Mastery of scalable architectures (Clean Architecture, MVVM) and design patterns enabling code reuse across Web and Mobile. * Advanced State Management: Experience with Bloc or Riverpod in large-scale, high-complexity projects. * Responsive and Adaptive Layout: Technical ability to create interfaces that adapt seamlessly from mobile screens to desktop browsers (Figma fidelity across both platforms). * Testing and Quality: Mastery of the testing pyramid (unit, widget, integration) and CI/CD strategies for automating mobile and web builds. * Advanced Performance: Ability to debug memory leaks, optimize web bundle size, and ensure smooth scrolling (60 FPS) across diverse devices. * Strategic Pragmatism: Ability to decide when to use a custom solution versus following framework conventions to ensure long-term project health. * Proactive Communication and Negotiation: Skill in aligning technical contracts with Backend and negotiating design feasibility with Product and UX Designers. * Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing: Enthusiasm for conducting constructive code reviews and raising the team’s technical bar by sharing knowledge. * Product Vision (Owner Mindset): Understanding of how each feature impacts the business and anticipation of technical risks that could delay weekly releases.
