To achieve this, we rely on well-defined processes and guiding goals—and you can join us as a **Senior Distribution Analyst.** In this role, you will work at the **Equatorial Energia – São Luís/MA** unit, and **your responsibilities will include:** * Collecting data from multiple sources (internal systems, spreadsheets, databases, APIs). * Processing, cleaning, and organizing databases (removing errors, duplicates, inconsistencies). * Building and maintaining SQL queries. * Developing reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, etc.). * Designing key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring dashboards. * Conducting descriptive analyses (trends, correlations, comparisons, segmentations). * Supporting projection and scenario studies (where data permits). * Documenting models, reports, business rules, and data sources. * Presenting findings to managers (telling the story behind the numbers—not just charts). * Automating data extraction and update routines (scripts in Python/R). * Ensuring data quality and consistency used by the department. * Supporting business areas in defining information requirements and KPIs. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we expect from you:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Systems Analysis and Development. * Preferred knowledge in Data Analytics, Database Technology, Big Data, or Administration (with focus on Data and BI). * Required proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, database handling); SQL (queries, joins, filters, aggregations); BI tools (Power BI or similar); Applied statistics fundamentals (means, standard deviations, correlation, basic sampling); Programming in Python or R for data analysis; Data modeling and processing (cleaning, transformation, source integration). * Required experience with business indicators (financial, operational, etc.). **Additional information** **Why apply:** By joining Grupo Equatorial, you become part of an expanding company whose culture emphasizes continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
