Supervision and coordination of construction execution **Company:** https://www.instagram.com/lmconstrutoraoficial?igsh\=MW0zOHphN3pyMDA5OA\=\= **Working Hours:** Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM; Fri, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Experience with residential construction projects under the 'My House, My Life' program. * Residence in Caruaru-PE. * Valid driver's license. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and elaborate building and sanitation system projects, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance. * Perform physical-financial planning of construction projects, including scheduling and resource allocation. * Prepare budgets, cost compositions, and technical and economic feasibility analyses. * Supervise and coordinate construction execution, ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost control. * Inspect in-house and third-party services, ensuring compliance with project specifications, technical standards, and applicable legislation. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and sanitation systems. **Work Location:** For the first few months, the engineer will work on-site at the construction site located in **Belo Jardim-PE**, as the **Caruaru-PE** project is scheduled to commence in the second semester. After operations begin in Caruaru, the professional will be assigned to that unit.
