




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for conducting quotation, negotiation, and procurement processes, building relationships with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. Integrated collaboration with technical departments, engineering, warehouse, and finance Conduct quotation, negotiation, and procurement processes for materials, equipment, and services. Develop and maintain supplier relationships to secure optimal commercial terms and delivery schedules. Analyze proposals, issue purchase orders, and monitor delivery timelines. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures. Support contract control, performance indicators, and departmental reporting. Collaborate closely with technical departments, engineering, warehouse, and finance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; Prior experience in Procurement/Supply Chain and within construction companies; Knowledge of negotiation processes, cost analysis, and supplier management; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
