Responsibilities: \- Develop programs according to received requirements, ensuring quality and alignment with business needs. \- Perform maintenance and enhancements on existing systems. \- Provide user support, identifying and resolving technical requests. \- Collaborate with the team in analyzing and resolving issues, contributing to continuous system improvement. Requirements: \- Availability to work onsite, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. \- Experience with Oracle databases. \- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including DDL (Data Definition Language), DML (Data Manipulation Language), construction of complex queries and joins. \- Solid knowledge of PL/SQL, including ability to develop conditional structures, loops, and exception handling. \- Knowledge of data modeling, including reading and creating Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and applying normalization techniques (1NF, 2NF, 3NF). \- Familiarity with performance tuning, such as using EXPLAIN PLAN, applying HINTS, and creating and optimizing indexes. \- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. \- Organization and attention to detail. \- Strong communication and teamwork skills. \- Proactivity and results-oriented mindset. Desirable: \- English proficiency for technical reading. \- Prior experience with ERP implementation or migration. \- Experience in educational environments.
