Responsibilities and Duties * Develop medium- and high-complexity technical solutions with minimal supervision and limited support, implementing software requirements using the backend technologies involved in the project; * Possess in-depth knowledge of the software’s backend architecture and be capable of working on it through analysis of its components, organization, and functionalities; * Create high-complexity tests—either manual or automated—that cover the desired behavior of developed technical components, leveraging requirements and testing tools; * Document development stages by recording them in version control and documentation tools; * Guide and collaborate with the development team to identify business, architectural, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing; * Maintain software quality by reviewing available processes, tools, and best practices for the product and technologies used; * Mentor junior developers by addressing their questions, sharing knowledge, designing and architecting solutions, or recommending supporting documentation; * Specify medium-complexity requirements through direct contact with clients and teams involved in the project or support activities; * Build frameworks as needed for developing solutions. Requirements and Qualifications * Advanced-level JAVA; * Advanced-level Spring; * Advanced-level Microservices; * Advanced-level Unit Testing; * Intermediate-level Agile software development methodologies; * Intermediate-level Distributed Systems and Scalability. * Reside in Goiânia. Desired Qualifications * Knowledge of Angular; * Asynchronous service-to-service communication (e.g., RabbitMQ); * Hexagonal Architecture; * Practical experience with DDD modeling; * Practical DevOps knowledge; * Publicly available projects on Git for evaluation; * Automated unit testing implementation using JUnit with Mockito.
