Recruitment and Selection Apprentice
We are seeking a **Recruitment and Selection Apprentice** to join our Recruitment and Selection team, providing support in the department’s administrative and operational routines, offering practical experience and professional development in the field of Human Development. **Responsibilities** * Identify training needs in collaboration with business areas; * Plan, design, and develop learning content for diverse audiences (operational, administrative, leadership); * Create instructional materials such as presentations, scripts, e-learning modules, learning paths, guides, exercises, and assessments; * Facilitate in-person and online training sessions, as needed; * Monitor training performance indicators (participation, reaction, learning, application, ROI where applicable); * Assist in organizing and managing physical and digital files (scanning, folder management, etc.); * Support onboarding processes by verifying documents and assisting with registration of new employees; * Update control spreadsheets and system registrations; * Assist in preparing simple reports for the team; * Assist in screening resumes; * Assist in designing promotional materials for job openings; among other activities. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in or completed high school; * Prior apprenticeship experience is preferably not required; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with Canva; * Availability to work during afternoon hours; * Easy access to Avenida Goiás (SCS). **What We Offer** * Compensation: BRL 713.00; * Benefits: transportation allowance, meal voucher, and life insurance; * Schedule: 4 hours per day, preferably in the afternoon; * Collaborative environment fostering continuous learning; * Opportunity for professional development. Human Development Analyst Position
Act as a strategic partner to business units, promoting initiatives focused on human development, organizational culture, employee engagement, organizational climate, and performance. Identify HR needs and support managers in people management with an emphasis on results, organizational climate, and talent development.
