Job Summary: Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the maintenance process of industrial machines and equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and control of maintenance for industrial machines and equipment 2. Establishment of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans 3. Ensuring operational efficiency and documentation of maintenance activities * Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the maintenance process of machines and equipment related to industrial production; * Establish preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans and programs to ensure equipment operational efficiency; * Conduct preliminary studies for planning by analyzing statistical data and machine specifications to determine standards and set objectives; * Estimate maintenance costs by calculating projected expenses for materials, labor, and other factors, and develop maintenance schedules; * Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities; * Monitor the execution of planned activities in the field and ensure adherence to procedures.
