Safeguards the conservation and proper use of company resources Job Description We are looking for a **Field Service Operator** to carry out field "Service Orders" (SOs), including installation, repair, address change, and other related services, in accordance with the company's defined operational procedures. Let’s sail toward the future! **\#JoinBrisanet** Responsibilities and Duties * Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group; * Actively participate in meetings and organizational commitments when requested; * Use individual and collective safety equipment when required; * Drive the company vehicle when necessary; * Perform other duties related to the position, as needed by the department and under leadership direction; * Maintain the company vehicle in compliance with Fleet Department-defined processes, ensuring its proper functioning; * Implement workplace safety procedures, such as Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), in accordance with current legislation; * Carry out field service orders (SOs), including installation, repair, address change, and other services, in accordance with the company's defined operational procedures; Provide referrals for additional or new sales; * Safeguard, maintain, properly use, and be accountable for company-provided resources, and inspect the work environment after service completion to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Valid driver's license "B". **Preferred qualifications:** * Availability for travel; * Knowledge of access transmission technologies and media — twisted-pair cables and optical fiber; * Knowledge of router and signal repeater configuration; * Customer service techniques.
