Inspect and preserve property in common areas ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Role Vision:** Conduct internal inspections of the condominium, promote security and support within internal environments to enhance collective well-being, guide access for people and vehicles, assist the doorman when necessary, monitor safety conditions, and deliver high-quality service to both internal and external clients. **Values:** People, Gratitude, Loyalty, Teamwork, Excellence, Commitment, and Customer Focus. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control vehicle and pedestrian movement through the condominium entrance gate by receiving, triaging requests, and forwarding\-them to the appropriate recipients. * Monitor the use of common areas to preserve property; * Turn common area lights on and off according to scheduled times and/or needs (when this responsibility is not assigned to another person during a predetermined shift); * Monitor the opening and closing of common-use facilities (gym, playroom, party hall, etc). * Record events and incidents occurring during the shift. * Identify irregularities outlined in the internal regulations, such as: vehicles parked improperly, misuse of equipment and facilities. * Support the entrance gate during incidents and emergencies by making necessary contacts (Fire Department, Military Police, SAMU). * Monitor gate opening and closing, acting internally to prevent unauthorized or evasive entries. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** . ### **BENEFITS** * Transportation Allowance (VT): R$5.40; Meal Voucher (VR): R$28.80; Food Basket (CESTA): R$110.52 ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract Type:** CLT
