At **B&Q**, the energy transition has already begun. **Will you join us on this journey?** **Work Location:** Eusébio | CE **Job Description:** * Coordinate procurement processes for materials, equipment, and services; * Ensure adequate supply to operations, respecting deadlines, quality, and cost; * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms; * Develop and qualify strategic suppliers; * Collaborate integrally with Operations, Engineering, and Finance; * Monitor performance indicators (costs, deadlines, SLA); * Ensure compliance with internal policies and governance processes. **Expected Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Procurement experience, preferably in the electrical, construction, or maintenance sectors; * Experience in negotiation, supplier management, and contracts; * Organizational skills, analytical mindset, and results orientation; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical procurement experience (electrical materials, construction, and maintenance); * Experience in operational and field environments; * Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement KPIs. **Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Meal Allowance; * Gympass; * Company Transportation Route, Commuter Benefit, or Fuel Allowance; * Life Insurance.
