Additionally, the analyst conducts feasibility analyses, identifies risks, and prepares progress reports. Knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to lead teams are required. * Gather project requirements and define project scope. * Develop activity schedules, identifying dependencies and deadlines. * Monitor activity execution, ensuring adherence to the plan. * Identify and analyze project-related risks, proposing preventive and corrective actions. * Conduct progress meetings with the team and stakeholders, reporting project status. * Prepare performance reports and project performance indicators. * Facilitate communication among departments involved in the project, ensuring integration and alignment of objectives. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies. * Lead multidisciplinary teams, delegating tasks and monitoring activity progress.
