Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in recruitment and selection processes; * Support the monitoring of probationary periods, ensuring deadlines and procedures are met; * Support new employee onboarding processes, assisting with document collection and initial orientation; * Daily updating and maintenance of internal control spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and organization; * Assist in HR area data analysis, identifying trends; * Support HR indicator tracking, assisting in report and presentation development; * Provide support in other departmental activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields. * **Required** * Availability for in-person internship from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; * Expected graduation date in 2027.2 or later; * Intermediate proficiency in Google tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs). **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared Health Plan; * Transportation; * Meal Allowance; * Monthly Product Kit; * Telemedicine and Online Therapy fully covered by the company (extended to dependents); * Life Insurance; * Wellhub.
