CBS Parafusos specializes in selling high-quality screws and fasteners. The company serves various sectors, offering customized solutions to meet their needs. **Responsibilities:** Audit processes within the TOTVS Winthor management system. Provide support and training to users on the Winthor system and specific routines. Implement improvements, corrections, and adjustments to the system, ensuring quality and performance. Provide technical and functional support for all company systems, with primary focus on the corporate ERP. Develop and implement queries and integrations within the corporate ERP. Act as a facilitator between IT and other company departments, promoting process improvements focused on productivity, efficiency, and control. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all support requests and incidents, documenting solutions and creating a historical reference for future use. Previous experience as an Information Technology Specialist, Systems Analyst, IT Consultant, or Technical Support Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
