At B&Q, the energy transition has already begun. **Join us on this journey?** **Job Description** * Coordinate the vehicle fleet, ensuring all operations comply with regulations/laws; * Participate in the mobilization and demobilization process of the fleet, ensuring compliance with efficiency and safety standards, adapting to business needs; * Develop and monitor budgets for fleet operational expenses, seeking efficiencies and optimizations without compromising service quality; * Implement tracking and telematics systems to monitor vehicle performance, optimize routes, and improve fuel consumption efficiency; * Manage fuel costs, ensuring efficient consumption and control of the projected budget; * Implement and control safe driving policies, driver training, performance evaluation, and implementation of corrective actions when necessary; * Ensure the fleet complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety issues; * Establish and maintain specific partnerships with vehicle suppliers, rental companies, fuel payment platforms, and other fleet management related services; * Analyze fleet operational data, prepare periodic reports, and present insights to senior management to support strategic decisions; * Develop contingency plans for emergencies, accidents, or breakdowns, ensuring driver safety and rapid operational recovery; **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree: Administration, Engineering or related fields * Postgraduate degree (Desirable) * Solid experience in fleet management. **Benefits** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Meal Voucher; * Fuel Voucher or Transportation Voucher; * Life Insurance; * Company shuttle; * Psychological Support. **B&Q** ensures that all employees work in an environment free from all forms of discrimination and harassment, whether based on race, color, sex, sexual orientation, religion, or nationality.
