**Responsibilities and Duties**
Provide customer service (active/responsive), offer products, and identify business opportunities with the goal of closing sales;
Monitor customers’ financial status (delinquency, bank slips, delays, contracts);
Execute action plans defined by management, aiming to achieve targets associated with each indicator;
Track orders from receipt through invoicing, ensuring flawless delivery of services offered to customers;
Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and product information during and after the sale.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Education**
Completed high school or currently pursuing a college degree in Commercial, Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

* Experience with systems, controls, and spreadsheets.
