This professional will be responsible for managing teams, planning commercial initiatives, and monitoring performance indicators. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed undergraduate degree; Valid driver's license (Class B); Solid knowledge of the automotive industry; Experience in leadership and team management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Coordinates and organizes FCA online training sessions, ensuring compliance with deadlines and established guidelines. Monitors and oversees the FCA quality program, ensuring adherence to required standards. Processes and controls invoices within the system, guaranteeing accurate recordkeeping. Monitors and analyzes training reports generated at the dealership, tracking performance indicators and outcomes.
