We want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and guide departmental activities, monitoring operational sequences according to specifications and plans, providing technical guidance, assigning tasks, and overseeing work to streamline and rationalize operations, meet scheduled deadlines, and achieve maximum efficiency and quality until vehicle delivery to the customer; * Liaise with the Technical Department to clarify technical questions, vehicle discrepancies, failures, or damaged parts, among other issues; * Complete a daily activity report for the department, documenting departmental activity, irregularities, and equipment repairs; * Attend team meetings to discuss technical matters related to workflow progress; * Serve customers by clarifying technical questions, explaining equipment and component functionality, and conducting road tests; * Ensure workshop operations comply with appropriate work standards, monitoring workplace organization and cleanliness, as well as maintaining tools and equipment in optimal working condition; * Enforce safety regulations to ensure personnel and company equipment safety; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B; * Vocational training in mechanics; * Full-time, on-site availability. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Totalpass. #### **Working at D21 Motors—the largest CAOA Chery dealership network in Brazil—is a unique opportunity for those seeking professional development and a successful career.
