We are currently seeking a professional for the position of **Nurse I** Learn more: **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION** * Supervise activities carried out by the nursing technical team. * Perform highly complex technical activities according to guidelines from the professional council. * Jointly analyze with leadership any incidents reported during the shift being supervised. * Monitor care provided by nursing technicians, guiding them on required procedures and documentation. * Classify patients according to their level of care complexity and perform indicated procedures. * Keep patient records updated with all care provided, and supervise documentation completed by nursing technicians. * Follow medication administration plans and properly document their execution. * Perform highly complex technical procedures on patients, complying with COREN regulations. * Implement SAE (Nursing Care Systematization) to ensure higher quality care. * Monitor availability of supplies required for routine procedures, preventing gaps in care delivery. * Accompany physician rounds, providing necessary support to patients. * Follow up on medical prescriptions to expedite processes such as scheduling exams, discharges, admissions, and others. * Classify patients according to clinical risk, prioritizing medical and nursing care. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. * Active registration with the Regional Council of Nursing (COREN). * Preferred: Postgraduate studies in emergency care or in pediatric or oncology nursing. * Knowledge of chemotherapy. * Knowledge of febrile neutropenia and pain management protocols. * Proficiency in blood component administration procedures. * Knowledge of nurse’s role in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation). * Familiarity with medical equipment handling. * Knowledge of vasoactive drugs, sedation, and analgesia. * Understanding of infection profile within the department. * Understanding of critical patient care. * Awareness of major oncological emergencies. * Knowledge of pediatric vital signs parameters. * Competence in performing SAE (Nursing Care Systematization). * Mastery of medication preparation and administration procedures. * Knowledge of laboratory test collection procedures. **WORK HOURS** * From 14:20 to 22:48 – 7:20 rotating shift schedule (Monday to Monday with one day off per week) ### **Employment Type:** CLT (Brazilian Consolidation of Labor Laws) ### **Benefits:** Basic food basket, Transportation allowance, Meal allowance, Pharmaceutical discount program, Medical insurance, Gym access ### **Department:** Pediatric Oncology Hospital \- Barretos \- São Paulo
