If you are proactive, proud of your work, and ready to face challenges in an inspiring environment of personal and professional growth, come join this unique journey. **Responsibilities and duties** Carry out the monthly cost closing, identifying possible causes of variances (actual vs. standard) and guiding actions with respective departments; Calculate the industrial cost of new products for subsequent P\&L evolution by the BU; Identify potential reductions in costs and expenses; Ensure the annual update of the unit’s Bia/Bcp; Calculate improvement projects for the Application Group and Factory; Monitor the unit’s expense Budget vs. Actual; Perform Lease or Buy analysis focused on compliance with IFRS16; Calculate Payback for Group 1 and 4 projects; Prepare the Budget and budget revisions; Monitor Fixed Asset Management for the unit; Develop management indicators and reports; Perform ad\-hoc analyses as requested by the unit/business; Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields. Desirable: 2 \- 3 years of experience in Cost or FP\&A-related activities. Experience with integrated ERP systems (SAP is a plus). Office suite (advanced Excel is essential). Knowledge of Strategic Cost Management, accounting fundamentals and principles, and financial feasibility analysis of projects. Proactivity, teamwork, organization, ethics, respect, discipline, strong communication skills, systemic vision, and results orientation.
