




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Administration, Economics, or related fields. Technical Knowledge and Skills: * Proven experience in data analysis and applied statistics to industrial processes. * Proficiency in Minitab and/or R (mandatory). * Intermediate knowledge of Python (desirable). * Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts and tools (minimum Green Belt, desirable). * Experience with PCP indicators, production planning, and process control will be considered a plus. * Ability to interpret data, visualize, and communicate results effectively across different organizational levels.
