Description: Description Responsibilities:* Perform low-voltage electrical maintenance services, including component replacement, fault analysis, repairs to lighting, outlets, and distribution panels. * Work on electrical control systems and perform minor repairs on building automation systems. * Carry out maintenance on automatic gates and doors (sliding, tilting, revolving, among others). * Perform civil maintenance tasks, such as masonry repairs, plastering, flooring, ceilings, and minor structural repairs. * Conduct finishing painting and corrective maintenance to preserve the store’s aesthetic appearance. * Respond to emergency calls and corrective requests from units, ensuring agility and quality in execution. * Support and implement the preventive maintenance plan established by management. Requirements:* Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Proven experience in building maintenance within commercial or retail environments. * Knowledge of electrical systems (low voltage, control circuits, distribution panels, and circuit breakers). * Experience in civil maintenance (masonry, minor structural repairs, plastering, and painting). * Practical experience in maintaining automatic gates and doors. * Availability for travel and on-site service calls.
