Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Construction Painter professional in Caucaia (Cumbuco). CMGB provides consulting and management services to companies across various sectors. With a specialized team, it aims to optimize processes and enhance business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Perform painting services on walls, ceilings, doors, grilles, façades, and furniture, using paints suitable for each surface and environment. Prepare surfaces for painting (scraping, sanding, correcting imperfections, and applying fillers and primers). Carry out touch-ups and periodic repainting to maintain aesthetics and preserve assets. Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas after each task, guaranteeing that environments are returned in perfect condition. Manage and request consumable materials, paints, and painting equipment from the maintenance department. Collaborate with the maintenance team on minor renovations, restorations, and preventive maintenance. Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Support the team in assembling and disassembling temporary structures (scaffolds, ladders, etc.) when required. Maintain the luxury visual standard and preservation of social areas, apartments, façades, and technical areas of the hotel.
