Job Summary: Manage and optimize notarial workflows and analysis and regularization processes for rural and urban properties, ensuring legal compliance and up-to-date real estate portfolio records. Use of tools such as AutoCAD, Google Earth, and QGIS for technical analysis **What We Are Looking For:** You will be responsible for managing and optimizing notarial workflows and processes related to the analysis and regularization of rural and urban properties. You will handle submission and alignment of legalization documents, update the company's real estate portfolio, manage and file the Rural Land Tax (ITR), and conduct technical analysis of real estate maps. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day at Our Company:** * Perform and manage notarial workflows, ensuring compliance with current regulations. * Analyze and maintain rural and urban property registry records, guaranteeing accuracy and up-to-date information. * Coordinate the submission of legalization documents to relevant agencies and real estate registries. * Ensure alignment and adequacy of submitted documents, acting in accordance with legal requirements. * Master activities related to rural property regularization with INCRA and the Federal Revenue Service. * Conduct and coordinate georeferencing of rural properties, ensuring compliance with technical and legal requirements. * Update and maintain the company's real estate asset portfolio management tools. * Provide accurate and up-to-date portfolio information to internal teams, facilitating decision-making. * Manage and file the Rural Land Tax (ITR), ensuring compliance with tax regulations. * Perform technical analysis of property maps using tools such as AutoCAD, Google Earth (KMZ), and QGIS (Shapefile). * Interpret and apply geospatial data and maps to support regularization and real estate management activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need to Have:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Law, or related fields; * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Attention to detail and ability to resolve technical issues related to maps and real estate data. * Proficiency in document and process control and management. * Willingness to work onsite at our Head Office located in Bebedouro \- SP **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Competitive market-based salary; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Private Pension Plan; Meal Voucher; Profit Sharing and Results Program; Life Insurance; Transportation Voucher; We are **one of the largest cooperatives in Brazil**, and our mission is to provide over **39,000 cooperative members** with the best sustainable and innovative agribusiness solutions.
