Acerca de la vacante: El Operador(a) de Supermercados es responsable de supervisar y preparar la producción de alimentos refrigerados, reponer y organizar los inventarios, limpiar mostradores y cámaras frigoríficas, así como atender a los clientes. ¿Qué deberá entregar? * Verificar la cantidad y disponibilidad de productos (refrigerados, lácteos, congelados y embutidos); * Verificar el material de trabajo (utensilios y equipos); * Informar al supervisor la necesidad de mantenimiento de utensilios y equipos; * Verificar el inventario de alimentos y productos de limpieza e informar al supervisor la necesidad de reposición; * Solicitar descensos de temperatura cuando sea necesario; * Cumplir con las normas de seguridad alimentaria; * Sugerir opciones de compra y nuevos productos al supervisor; * Supervisar la recepción de los productos; * Organizar las cámaras frigoríficas; * Preparar y supervisar la producción (montaje de pizzas, cortes de productos refrigerados, empaque de productos); * Cortar en lonchas, empacar y etiquetar productos; * Realizar el control de temperatura y la higienización. * Atender a los clientes.
