Description: What do we expect from you? * High school diploma; * Knowledge of storage and cargo handling processes; * Previous experience operating a bridge crane; * Availability to work on a 5X1 rotating shift schedule. * Proactivity, organization, and focused attention; * Teamwork; What will be your main challenges? * Operate equipment for sugar storage and dispatch, carrying out storage, movement, and dispatch of sugar bags, performing checklists to maintain equipment in optimal condition, ensuring the best possible use of available space; * Properly stack stored sugar piles, maintaining package integrity (avoiding dirt or tears) during handling; * Work together with forklift operator to immediately cover and tarp all stored sugar piles, piles receiving production, or piles being dispatched; * Ensure intact packaging is moved when loading for customers, avoiding customer complaints or sugar returns; * Follow all quality procedures in the area, contributing to customer-required certifications and maintaining the quality program effectively; * Guarantee cleanliness and organization in packaging and sugar warehouse areas, primarily to meet quality program requirements; * Guide drivers to comply with internal safety and quality regulations, according to procedures they receive from dispatch and billing; * Always implement FIFO practices in inventory whenever possible; * Maintain and preserve good condition of machinery and bridge crane by performing daily check\-lists; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work environment, ensuring final product integrity; * Fill out and ensure completion of the Warehouse Map, identifying type, quality, and quantity of produced and loaded products, to guarantee optimal site organization; 2509130202531267770
