Job Summary:
Responsible for performing clinical laboratory tests, managing the technical team, and ensuring laboratory quality, while guaranteeing effective communication and timely release of results.

**Key Deliverables:** Performs clinical laboratory tests in biochemistry, urinalysis, immunohormonal analysis, coagulation,
hematology, and parasitology, operating specialized equipment, instruments, and materials.
Releases test results.
Communicates effectively with patients and hospitals.
**Qualifications**
**Education:** Bachelor's degree completed in Biomedicine, Pharmacy, or Biology.
**Preferred:** Postgraduate degree in Clinical Analysis or specialization in Team Management
**Desirable:** Minimum 6 months of management experience

Microsoft Office
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Management of the technical department team;
Organization of team work schedules;
Preparation of operational and strategic indicators;
Handling telephone inquiries, assisting in resolving requests, and recording as necessary;
Registering biological samples via system;
Receiving pending and recollected samples, identifying and preparing them for analysis and/or forwarding;
Receiving samples from other units;
Performing triage, preparation, and segregation of materials, then forwarding them to the technical department for analysis and storage;
Cleaning department equipment;
Recording temperature data;
Entering procedural results;
Performing clinical laboratory tests, verifying results, and signing reports within agreed deadlines;
Providing scientific advisory support by addressing patient preparation and sample collection queries;
Organizing and cleaning the work area to prepare for clinical testing, thereby maintaining routine efficiency according to required quality standards;
Verifying laboratory equipment operating conditions for clinical testing;
Recording non-conformities for process correction or corrective and preventive equipment maintenance;
Performing and recording internal quality control and equipment maintenance;
Performing and recording monthly external quality control analysis;
Storing biological samples;
Assisting in sample disposal when necessary;
Requesting recollection from outpatient patients;
Releasing support test reports;
